Dating back to 1907, this concert venue is one of Denver's most historic buildings. The original structure has faced lots of rework over the years to accommodate larger crowds and meet evolving ADA requirements. Our work included numerous adjustments to the structure of the building to allow for installation of new ADA lifts, stairs, and an enlarged green room. This meant cutting into existing concrete walls, relocating other load bearing elements while maintaining proper support of the entire structure.
