ESS designed nearly 2 million square feet of distribution facilities for USPS across the country. Prioritizing "design-build relationships," the contractor ranked as the primary liaison in this case. Most of the buildings included tilt-up, site-cast concrete walls with steel-framed roofs. Given the nature of postal service client work, the projects included various requirements for hanging equipment, platforms, walkways, and loading docks.
