Two Rivers Correctional Facility provides medium-security inmate housing in buildings designed using precast concrete walls, roof double tees and concrete beam and columns—with the capacity to accommodate over 1802 inmates.
The project broke ground on April 5, 1997 and was mostly completed 3 years later. Initially, 332 housing units were divided into two sections before an additional 500 were eventually added.
