This building offers studio, one, and two-bedroom apartments within a four-story wood frame structure featuring 306 units and a pre-cast concrete garage with 548 parking spaces. A portion of the building was able to stretch to 5 stories and required special lateral detailing. Building amenities include a rooftop deck, bike shop, business center, garage parking, two-story fitness center, and resort-style pool. For ecologically conscious individuals, green amenities include electric car charging stations, Energy Star-rated appliances. A post-tensioned slab on grade was employed for the foundation system to avoid the need for more costly drilled piers normally required for the expansive soils found on this site.
