Located next to Coors Field stadium this project features a seven-story building that contains 39 one, two, and three bedroom condos with 4,300 square feet of commercial space on the first floor. To encompass these elements a post-tensioned concrete slab flooring system was utilized. This allowed for a thin floor plate and flexible column layout that minimally impacted the modern unit layout permitting open floor plans and large balconies that capture views of the Rocky Mountains, Coors Field, and the City of Denver skyline. This flexibility was additional, captured at the roof level which feature stepped back penthouse units with large rooftop decks and an undulating roof all captured with cold formed steel framing. An adjacent building complicated the drilled pier foundations and required unique and intelligent detailing to efficiently accommodate. Below the apartments, the building provides 53 parking spaces on two separate levels.
